The Pixie Cottage Challenge #51 - Sketch and/or Punches

Happy New Year Everyone!!!
It's 2011 and I feel it's going to be a great year for all of us!
We at The Pixie Cottage are going to get your crafting off to a great start with a super sketch and wonderful technique challenge!
First we have this super sketch from Adrina for you all:

And in addition to the sketch we have the optional challenge of the "Use Punches" theme on your project. Nearly all card makers use Punches so there is no reason to not join in this week!
As always you can use the sketch or the optional technique or both!
The randomly picked winner will win two stamps of their choice from the Pixie Cottage Collection. The winner and the Top 3 favorites will be announced on the Friday after the challenge ends.
